Ralph Zepeda, director of US Accounting Services BV, is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of progressive experience in international public accounting and private industry. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1987, Ralph has spent his entire career working with and developing an in-depth understanding of US GAAP and the SEC.

Further, as a resident of the Netherlands since 1993, he has developed an appreciation for the cultural differences between the US and the Netherlands. His education and background have put him in a unique position to help anyone understand the complexities of US GAAP and the requirements of the SEC.
